The importance of reconnecting to yourself

It is easy, in this fast paced world of ours, to feel all consumed by all that goes on ‘out there’.

Connecting with ourselves can be the most nourishing, gentle and simple antidote to the impact of external chaos.

Connecting with ourselves is about getting still. Connecting to ourselves is about closing our eyes and taking some deep breaths, breaths that reach right down into the pit of our stomach.

Connecting to ourselves is about letting go of being in battle, and taking a step back to survey the situation. Connecting to ourselves, our truest purest selves, gives us answers to how to move forward, it makes life feel easy.

You have permission to close your eyes, get still and take three deep breaths. You have permission to let things go, connect to your intuition and find easy and simple solutions to some of the chaos that lives out there.

The most powerful tool you have is you. Take some time to connect with yourself.
