Blimey, you’re gorgeous!

I’m sat in the British sun on 2nd October, concerned that I might need to apply sun lotion. Wowzers – I love it!

Before I left the house today I took a look in the mirror and was able, for the first time in a long time, to really see my own beauty. As I discussed with my good friend Heather Attwood, I think we live in a society that discourages self praise. But I’m learning that when I cultivate recognition of my own beauty, I find it so easy to see beauty in other people and other things.

You can’t see in others, what you don’t already see in yourself. The outer world is a reflection of how you feel on the inside.
